The concierges will act as advocates for the customer inside the company, quickly and attentively meeting the appeals of all customers – no matter how unusual or unorthodox the request, no matter the departments involved. These concierges will complement the expert staff of support technicians who have made Velocity Micro’s support and customer care legendary.
