How does my Adobe workflow impact potential configuration options?

Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite offers a number of tools for editing audio, still images, video, and more. How you use the suite directly impacts how your workstation should be configured. For Photoshop and Lightroom users for example, single core speed plays a much bigger role than GPU. Conversely, for After Effects, core count and GPU greatly impact performance and render times. Does Adobe need ECC RAM?

ECC – or error correcting RAM – is not something that Adobe specifically requires. But for complex video or VFX projects or systems with 256+ GB total RAM, ECC may provide some additional stability to your workstation build.

Why is cooling important?
