Desktop PC Builder

Full-time position

Velocity Micro, the premier provider of award winning, ultra-performance PCs in North America is seeking a PC builder to work alongside our production team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for PC hardware looking for opportunities for growth. Duties include:

• Assembly and wiring of custom PCs and laptops to order
• Software and operating system installation and troubleshooting
• Custom tuning using Velocity Micro’s proprietary overclocking methods
• PC Repair (as needed)
• Other duties as asigned

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of PC hardware components
• Experience building and repairing desktop PCs, specifically those designed for gaming and other high demand applications
• The ability to work closely with a small team
• Passion for technology, especially computers, and growing your knowledge of tech
• Reliability

Computer Support Technician

Full-time position

Velocity Micro is currently hiring an entry level Customer Support Technician to interact with customers daily via phone, email, and sometimes face to face. You would be helping our customers solve technical problems and give advice on hardware and software. The goal of each customer contact is simple - turn the customer’s bad day and problem into a solution and great experience.

• Patience for dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
